Job summary

You will work with the Program Manager and Business Chief Engineer to align customer requirements, cost, schedule, and technical capabilities across platforms and guide the engineering team to successful deliveries and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and 10+ years of related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Broad understanding of engineering processes and policies.
• FAA certification experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, execution, and coordination for projects within the program.
• Ensure adherence to engineering life-cycle processes, technical baselines, and program plans.
• Ensure commonality between projects within the program, both in design and process adherence.
• Documenting and approval of program plans.
• Oversight of proposal activities.
• Identify, assess, and manage technical and program risks.
• Serve as a primary technical interface to internal leadership and external customers.
