Job summary

Webcor is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Santa Barbara, CA to promote safety and assist the PM team in planning, coordinating, and administering projects. This role ensures work is completed on time and within budget while upholding Webcor’s quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, scheduling, and record drawings. OSHA 10 is required, LEED GA preferred, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• LEED GA preferred; OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and adheres to safety best practices on the jobsite.
• Assists in planning, coordination, and administration of projects; handles RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and scheduling.
• Reviews field inspection reports and communicates deficiencies to supervisor and Superintendent.
• Maintains record drawings and document control logs; tracks documents in buyout and construction phases.
• Tracks weekly trade performance against schedule; updates team on delays.
