Job summary

Webcor in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support the Project Management team in planning, coordination, and administration of assigned projects to meet schedule and budget while upholding Webcor's quality standards.

You will promote safety, manage RFI’s, submittals, and document control, coordinate VDC efforts with Revit/Navisworks, and assist in bidding, scheduling, and progress reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is required; OSHA 10 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• LEED GA preferred; sustainability knowledge a plus.
• Experience with RFI/submittals, scheduling, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safety on site and in the office.
• Assists the Project Manager and team with planning, coordination, and administration of assigned projects/scopes of work.
• Manages RFI’s, submittals, change orders, purchasing, scheduling, and progress reports.
• Facilitates documentation control and prepares meeting minutes, including safety meetings.
