Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Sr. Project Engineer to own coordination, readiness, and closure for assigned scopes across our data center projects. You will partner with Construction Managers and senior teams to frame issues with recommended steps and keep owner visibility decision-ready.

In this role you will mentor Project Engineers, drive risk mitigation, manage OFCI readiness, and improve reporting structures and workflows to support rapid, accurate project execution on site in Sparks, NV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical owner-side experience.
• 4+ years in construction, project engineering, or project controls.
• Ability to independently drive coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own coordination, readiness, and closure for assigned scopes across projects.
• Track owner decisions, clarifications, and commitments; highlight bottlenecks.
• Manage review workflows and status visibility for timely leadership decisions.
• Lead risk, procurement, and turnover readiness for assigned scopes.
• Mentor Project Engineers and improve controls and coordination processes.
• Improve reporting structures and coordination workflows for the team.
