Job summary

The Sr. Project Engineer at Fleet Data Centers is an on-site owner/operator team member responsible for coordination, readiness, and closure of assigned scopes across data center projects.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will drive issues to resolution, frame next steps, and maintain decision-ready visibility for the owner team. You will mentor Project Engineers, bridge project controls and construction management, and focus on proactive risk reduction, turnover readiness, and clear

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
4+ years of construction, project engineering, or project controls experience.
Proven ability to independently drive coordination across multiple stakeholders on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Own coordination, readiness, and closure for assigned scopes.
Track owner decisions, clarifications, and commitments.
Manage workflows and visibility for timely owner decisions.
Lead reporting on status, trends, and risks to leadership.
