Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards.
• Minimum of three to four years of similar construction engineering experience.
• Ability to supervise and/or train Field Engineer positions.

• Demonstrate project management plan understanding.
• Develop procurement schedule and manage material procurement.
• Administer processes involved in budgeting and controlling costs.
• Maintain detailed contract documents.
• Plan and supervise project team members.
• Prepare and review change orders.
