Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with applicable experience.
• 3 years of project engineering experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management, productivity, and packaging development skills.
• Leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects: budget, schedule, scope, procurement, installation, start-up, and close-out.
• Develop design standards and drive safety culture across the site.
• Coordinate with R&D, quality, operations and finance for project success.
• Support annual capital planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting to engineers and maintenance.
