Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related degree with applicable experience.
• 3 years of project engineering experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated skills in executing several large concurrent assignments with emphasis on project management, productivity, and packaging development.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, adaptability, analytical and problem-solving skills, decision making, troubleshooting, communications, team management, and human relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital projects - overall project management, budget, schedule, construction management, start-up, scope development, cost estimation, design, procurement, installation and check-out.
• Develop system design standards and drive improvements for divisional unit operations.
• Lead engineering safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain interface with business units and collaborate with R&D, quality, manufacturing, operations, and finance teams.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting to engineers, team leaders, and maintenance.
• Offer innovative technical solutions to meet business objectives and productivity goals.
• Support annual capital planning and CI initiatives across departments.
