Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with applicable experience
• 3 years of project engineering experience in a continuous manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated skills in managing large concurrent assignments with focus on project management and productivity
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from scope to close-out including budget, schedule, procurement, and installation
• Develop and maintain design standards for unit operations
• Ensure safety culture within engineering team and across site
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, manufacturing and operations leadership
• Support annual capital planning and apply Continuous Improvement tools
