You will design systems, size equipment, estimate costs, and procure components while coordinating with cross-functional teams to hit ambitious productivity and cost targets.

The role emphasizes project leadership, vendor management, and collaboration with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance to deliver on capital plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field with project management experience.
• 3+ years in capital management within a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop screening-level estimates, scope, budgets, and funding docs.
• Proven capability to manage multiple large concurrent assignments and teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with plant technicians, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site capital projects with budget, schedule, and scope control.
• Develop system designs, size equipment, and procure components.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
• Provide innovative solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams; manage vendors and contractors.
• Support annual capital planning and mentor junior engineers.
