Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years capital management in continuous manufacturing.
• Knowledge of capital planning, policy, tools, and funding processes.
• Ability to develop screening-level estimates, scope, budgets and funding docs.
• Experience leading multiple large concurrent projects with focus on productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site capital projects including scope development, cost estimation, design, equipment sizing and procurement.
• Lead design standards development for divisional unit operations.
• Maintain interfaces with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations and Finance.
• Provide innovative technical solutions to meet business objectives with focus on productivity and cost savings.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams and manage vendors/contractors.
