Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Project Engineer to provide technical leadership and support the Project Manager on cost, schedule, and client satisfaction. The role is based in our Pasadena office 77034.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering and project management, with a BS/MS in Engineering and PE registration preferred. Strong communication and cross-discipline coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering; PE is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication.
• Familiarity with project controls and budgets.
• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for projects and support PM on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Client on design issues and with PM team on execution.
• Assist in managing engineering budgets and schedules; report status weekly/monthly.
• Plan resources and estimate scope changes; track TIC estimates.
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of deliverables.
• Lead inter-discipline coordination and approve transmittals.
