Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering projects of moderate complexity, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality targets. You will manage scope, schedule, and cost, coordinate with client teams and internal resources, and drive Change Management and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a BS/MS in engineering, PMP/PE preferred, up to 10 years of PM experience, and a proven ability to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• Requires up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of the Hargrove project execution procedures and company standards.
• Ability to manage client relationships in complex situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage project scope, schedule, and budget for engineering assignments.
• Coordinate with client teams and internal resources to align on deliverables.
• Ensure timely progress reporting and compliance with project controls.
• Lead Change Notice process and manage risk and scope changes.
• Review technical documents, submittals, and QA/QC requirements.
• Mentor team members and promote effective collaboration.
