Job summary

IPS is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Dallas, TX team. You’ll provide technical, administrative, and subcontractor management support to Project Managers and Directors, with travel across the Midwest region.

The role emphasizes coordination of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets, along with handling documentation, RFIs, submittals, procurement support, and safety and quality assurance on field projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required.
• 3-8 years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication among project stakeholders.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes.
• Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance.
• Track project costs, invoice preparation, and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages.
• Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments.
