Job summary

IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking a Design Project Engineer I to join our team at our U.S. offices (CA, MA, NJ, PA, MD, NC, KS). The role provides technical leadership and coordination across multidisciplinary design projects in the life sciences sector.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive engineering experience in technical project roles.
Experience in the AEC, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Support project leads in resource planning aligned with budget, schedule, and deliverables.
Ensure design compliance with safety, quality, client design guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate input for the project equipment list across disciplines.
Lead and facilitate regular, internal design coordination and review meetings.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, design assist contractors, BIM teams, contractors, and vendors to meet contractual obligations.
Monitor design content and progress for quality and adherence to the basis of design documents, schedule, and budget.
