IPS-Integrated Project Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to provide technical, administrative, and subcontractor management support on multifaceted facilities projects. You will travel to and support projects across the Midwest region, coordinating plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets with Project Managers and Directors.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and 3–8 years of experience in Engineering or Project Delivery, with a focus on

3–8 years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication among project stakeholders.
Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes.
Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance.
Track project costs, invoice preparation, and reporting.
Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages.
Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments.
