Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific trades on assigned construction sites and manage field operations.
• Support Project Director/Manager/Construction Manager and Senior Superintendent in schedules, budgets, and safety.
• Ensure subcontractor and vendor work complies with contract documents and project schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and trades to meet project goals.
• Develop and maintain preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans.
