Ideal candidates have at least five years in construction management, strong knowledge of Procore, Primavera P6, and bluebeam, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum five years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Experience with large commercial projects and construction management processes.
• Proficiency in Procore or similar construction software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and design teams.
• Inspect construction site daily and manage subcontractors to contract documents.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with contract documents.
• Initiate and process RFIs and manage change order processes.
