Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum five years of experience on large commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Procore and Primavera P6 essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Bluebeam useful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and design teams.
• Inspect site daily, manage subcontractors to contract documents.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in planning and control tasks.
• Prepare documentation for project closeout and occupancy.
