Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager for our Menlo Park, CA office. The role focuses on coordinating preconstruction and construction activities, supervising teams, and ensuring schedule, budget, and safety targets are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field and at least five years of construction experience, including large commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience is required.
• Experience with large commercial projects is desirable.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of the preconstruction process and its integration into construction.
• Manage project setup following company procedures and establish team roles.
• Lead and coordinate the project master schedule and critical path activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain effective communication with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
