Job summary

Webcor is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Los Angeles to lead day-to-day execution on major projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while upholding Webcor’s quality standards.

The role requires extensive experience managing complex construction, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining rigorous cost control and reporting. Expect leadership duties, strategic planning, and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex construction projects.
• Exteriors and facades experience.
• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
• LEED AP and/or GA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety on the job site and implement Webcor’s safety policy.
• Identify and escalate project issues and drive resolution with clients and subs.
• Manage and publish the project schedule and monitor progress.
• Lead, develop, and mentor team members; provide timely feedback.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, and forecasting; negotiate budgets.
• Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and cost reports; track risk.
• Control budgets and forecast; communicate with senior management.
• Maintain and update the project risk and delay logs; update master schedule.
