Job summary

Webcor in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution, safety, and cost control on complex construction projects. You will manage subcontractors, vendors, and staff to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining Webcor’s quality standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating buyout, procurement, RFI/submittals, change orders, and document control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; eight years’ experience managing complex construction projects.
• Experience on sustainable and/or design-build projects preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage site and office safety and ensure adherence to Webcor’s safety policy.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and personnel to complete work on time and within budget.
• Oversee cost reports, budgets, procurement, change management, and RFI/submittals.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior staff; provide timely feedback.
• Manage owner, subcontractor, and vendor billing processes and risk projections.
• Engage in client management activities as required and ensure client satisfaction.
