Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a senior project manager to act as a technical leader for engineering projects in Greenville, SC. You will oversee project performance across cost, schedule and client satisfaction under minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/MS in Mechanical, Chemical or Biomedical Engineering with PE licensure and PMP preferred, and brings at least 15 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Chemical or Bio-Medical Engineering from an accredited university.
Registration as Professional Engineer (PE) and PMP preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures.
Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships in complex situations.

Responsibilities

Inform the Hargrove Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems encountered on project.
Manage Engineering Budgets and schedule including reporting responsibility.
Plan, schedule and forecast engineering resources to be employed on the project.
Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
Own project scope documents and multi-disciplinary deliverables.
Provide overall quality control and ensure inter-discipline coordination.
