Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks an experienced engineering professional to provide technical leadership on complex projects in Greenville, SC. You will support the Project Manager in controlling scope, cost, schedule, and client satisfaction across multi-discipline teams.

Ideal candidates have a BS or MS in Engineering, PE or PMP preferred, and 5+ years in engineering and project management. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunity to lead critical projects.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE license and PMP preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering and project management experience.
• Ability to lead a multi-discipline team and manage client relations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of projects and support PM on performance.
• Coordinate with Client and PM team on design, scope, and changes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to procedures.
• Deliver regular engineering status reports and maintain milestones.
