Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Menlo Park, CA office. The role supports the Project Manager and Superintendent, coordinating scheduling, documentation, and field changes on high-profile California projects.

The candidate will review drawings, manage submittals and RFIs, and ensure contract compliance while maintaining excellent communication with clients and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in construction management and site supervision preferred.
• Ability to read designs and drawings and manage submittals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in organizing, scheduling, monitoring, and recording activities.
• Attend meetings, transcribe minutes, and verify documentation.
• Review designs, drawings, submittals, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Manage RFIs, PCOs, and change order processes with the Owner and consultants.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, close-out logs, and project documentation.
