Job summary

DeSimone Consulting Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer II (SPE) to support and manage structural design from concept to construction. You will lead design work, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure deliverables meet standards and codes.

The role values mentoring, client coordination, and strong technical leadership, with PE preferred. Revit, Rhino, RISA, ETABS, SAP, and RAM proficiency are essential in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Structural/Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in structural design and analysis of building structures.
• PE license preferred or in progress.
• Proficient in listed design software and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the structural design process from concept through construction.
• Lead portions of the design effort and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet design intent, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and BIM technicians on technical tasks.
