Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering with extensive design experience.
• PE license required with proven leadership in project execution.
• Proficient with structural analysis software and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from inception to construction.
• Oversee design and analysis of structural systems using industry-standard software.
• Mentor engineers and BIM technicians throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage preparation and review of structural calculations, documents, and reports.
• Coordinate designs with clients, architects, and contractors to meet objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and staffing; mitigate risks proactively.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions and lead complex problem-solving.
• Prepare fee proposals and participate in project budgeting and forecasting.
• Cultivate client relationships and contribute to business development.
