Milwaukee Tool in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Project Engineer to apply engineering and project management skills to develop new products. You will lead small to mid-scale projects, work with Advanced Quality, Product Marketing, Industrial Design, and Purchasing to advance development and readiness.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 2+ years of experience, CAD proficiency (NX preferred), and willingness to travel domestically and overseas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and overseas several times per year.
• CAD proficiency required; NX preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Leads small to medium scale engineering projects.
• Provides engineering support on mid-level complexity projects under supervision.
• Works cross-functionally with Advanced Quality Engineering, Product Marketing, Industrial Design, Purchasing, Finance and others.
• Monitors project progress and provides weekly status updates.
• Requests and performs tests per established procedures.
• Interprets data and makes design recommendations.
• Maintains communication with manufacturing cells and suppliers to advance development and readiness.
