Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Project Engineer II to drive New Product Development projects with strong project-management skills. You will lead small to mid-scale engineering initiatives and work across multiple departments to optimize design, cost, and manufacturability.

A Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 4+ years of experience are required, with domestic and some international travel expected. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, CAD using NX, and collaboration with manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or educational equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and overseas (mainly Asia) several times a year as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium scale engineering projects under supervision.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Advanced Quality Engineering, Product Marketing, Industrial Design, Purchasing, Finance, and others.
• Develop project plans and drive execution to meet cost, schedule and performance targets.
