Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support a major transportation and mass transit infrastructure project in the Los Angeles area.

You will work with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and leadership team on project controls, cost tracking, contract administration, and closeout. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in heavy civil, rail/transit, or electrical infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of plans, specs, codes, and standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience with project cost tracking, change management, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of construction project controls and contract administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, owners, and field personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in the execution of large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, subcontracts, and project requirements.
• Track and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Potential Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications, and Claims documentation.
• Assist with identifying changes in project scope and developing supporting documentation for additional compensation or schedule impacts.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost and production reports.
• Assist project leadership with cost forecasting and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with field operations to verify installed quantities and completed work.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, owners, and other project stakeholders.
