Your Talent Team is seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer to support a major transportation infrastructure program in Los Angeles. You will work with project leadership to handle cost control, change management, and closeout while interfacing with field operations and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years on large projects, strong contract and documentation skills, and experience with electrical infrastructure or rail/transit scopes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience with large, complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, plans, and project documentation.
• Experience with cost tracking, change management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze labor costs, quantities, production and performance.
• Strong project controls and contract administration knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in executing large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, subcontracts, and project requirements.
• Track and process Change Orders, Change Proposals, Owner Pay Applications, and Claims documentation.
• Identify scope changes and prepare documentation for additional compensation or schedule impacts.
• Monitor costs and maintain cost and production reports; support financial reporting.
• Coordinate with field operations to verify quantities and completed work; assist procurement and documentation.
