Management Performance Associates in Los Angeles, California seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead controls, cost tracking, and documentation on a major transportation project.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in large infrastructure and strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, and project documentation, with experience in electrical infrastructure and transit scopes. This position is full-time and based in Los Angeles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience on large, complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, plans, specs, and documentation.
• Experience with cost tracking, change management, and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in the execution of large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, subcontracts, and project requirements.
• Track, prepare, review, and process: Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Potential Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications, Claims & Supporting Documentation.
• Assist with identifying changes in project scope and developing supporting documentation for compensation/schedule impacts.
• Monitor project costs and maintain cost and production reports.
• Assist project leadership with cost forecasting and financial reporting.
