SourcePro Search, LLC in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior Project Engineer to support delivery of a major transportation and mass transit infrastructure project. The role emphasizes project controls, cost tracking, contract administration, and documentation within a collaborative leadership team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in large-scale heavy civil, rail, transit, or electrical infrastructure, with experience in change management and cost forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil, Construction Management, Electrical or related field.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, plans, specs, and project docs.

Responsabilités

• Support Project Manager and Superintendent in executing large transportation projects.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and project requirements.
• Track and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, and Owner Payment Applications.
• Assist with identifying scope changes and documenting for compensation/schedule impact.
• Monitor costs and maintain cost/production reports; assist with forecasting.
• Coordinate with field operations to verify quantities and completed work.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, revisions, and other technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes, and contract requirements.
