Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction management role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related major, or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 hour required.
• FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) and PE (Professional Engineer) certification desirable.
• Working knowledge of contract administration systems, job cost management, change order management, labor & equipment reporting, planning and scheduling, preconstruction planning, safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develops effective plans for constructing the project with the Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Monitors and updates the project schedule throughout the duration of the project.
• Interprets drawings, specs, and technical information for the team and subcontractors.
• Acts as authority on contract between owner and Allan Myers.
• Identifies safety issues and coordinates with Estimators to address budgeted safety concerns.
