Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction management (estimating, operations, and/or engineering).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• FE certification preferred.
• Knowledge of contract administration, job cost management, change orders, labor/equipment reporting, planning & scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent to develop plans and schedules.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and technical information for team, subs, vendors, and consultants.
• Coordinate delivery of permanent materials with Project Team and Purchasing Dept.
• Manage RFI and submittal process and project control logs in CMiC.
• Assist with Change Orders and related documentation.
• Monitor safety compliance and maintain project safety files.
