Gallo Glass Company in Modesto, CA, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead capital projects from concept through start-up, partnering with operations, maintenance, vendors, and leadership to deliver on safety, quality, efficiency and cost targets.

The role requires coordinating scopes, resources, and budgets, translating complex plans into installations, and guiding projects through design, construction, and start-up while balancing schedule and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 7+ years of related experience.
• Understanding basic engineering concepts and standard work.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% and internationally up to 5%.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to start-up, managing scope, resources, budgets.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, vendors, and leadership.
• Ensure timelines, safety, quality, and cost performance.
• Translate plans into real-world installations across design, construction and start-up.
• Drive progress and remove roadblocks to maintain momentum.
