Job summary
Gallo Glass Company in Modesto, California, is seeking a Controls Specialist to design, program, deploy and improve the controls systems that support safe, reliable, efficient operations across our 24/7 plant.
You will lead electrical design, panel construction, machine installation, PLC programming, HMI design and startup through validation and continuous improvement, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to boost throughput and reduce costs while meeting GFMP, quality, safety and regulatory
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or related field with 4+ years in controls programming.
- Strong ability to follow standard work and present ideas verbally.
- Hands-on programming experience within the last 10 years.
- Proficient with MS Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
