Job summary

TrueBuild Partners LLC in Boise seeks a Senior Project Engineer and a Project Engineer to join a seasoned team. This role offers hands-on exposure to all phases of the project lifecycle, alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents, from preconstruction through closeout.

You will handle project documents, coordination with subs, material tracking, scheduling, quality control, and field support, with opportunities to grow and work in both office and field settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specs, and project documentation.
• Experience with general contractor environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs and Superintendents through all construction phases.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for conflicts and constructability issues.
• Manage project documents including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and closeout materials.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain schedule.
• Track material procurement, deliveries, schedules, and milestones.
• Assist with subcontractor buyout, quality control, safety initiatives, and coordination.
