Job summary

Engineered Structures Inc. seeks an Advanced Technologies Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from bidding through close-out in Boise. You will manage finances, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in Construction Management or Engineering, 5+ years of PM experience, and deep knowledge of building methods, LEED awareness, and scheduling tools like MS Project/Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience managing multiple projects ranging from $1M to $40M.
• Strong leadership, integrity, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent ESI to clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage all aspects of construction projects including bidding, operation, close-out, and warranty.
• Develop and monitor complex project finances and schedules.
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve issues and report status.
• Lead and develop project team members and ensure safety and quality standards.
