Job summary

BHB CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC in Boise, Idaho is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept through construction and to mentor junior engineers within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

You will focus on delivering design excellence, building strong client relationships, and expanding BHB's structural practice in the Treasure Valley, with a clear path toward leadership and ownership for high-performing professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and internal team members.
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
• Advanced knowledge of current industry software, including RAM Structural Systems, RAM Concept, RAM Elements, Tedds, Enercalc, RISA, Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Deltek Ajera is a plus

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and project teams.
• Lead structural design efforts from concept through construction.
• Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and designers.

• Help strengthen BHB's reputation and client partnerships across the Boise market.
