Job summary

EVstudio is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to anchor our Boise team. You will own technical excellence, grow a Boise-based civil team, and collaborate with architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines within our integrated design firm.

Lead civil design and project management for diverse projects, mentor junior engineers, review calculations, and contribute to QA/QC and internal design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related civil degree.
• PE license required (Idaho or ability to obtain quickly).
• 7+ years of civil engineering experience with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Civil-3D civil design software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use projects.
• Serve as technical lead on civil designs.
• Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers.
• Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery.
• Contribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standards.
