Qualifications

Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and document controls with high accuracy.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet specs.
Use Bluebeam for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
Oversee procurement: sourcing materials, negotiating prices, coordinating deliveries.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
Resolve on-site issues or discrepancies during construction.
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and adjust to meet deadlines.
Maintain high quality control through all project phases.
