Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in RFIs, submittals, and document control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and construction management software.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and document controls with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet specs.
• Use Bluebeam for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Oversee procurement: sourcing materials, negotiating prices, coordinating deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Resolve on-site issues or discrepancies during construction.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality control through all project phases.
