Job summary
Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for the Cheyenne, WY area (F.E. Warren AFB).
This role requires leading technical advisory on structural systems for federal construction projects and coordinating with design and contractor teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, a Wyoming Professional Engineer license, and at least 10 years of experience on large federal programs such as USACE or DoD, with RF Shield and ICD 705
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Structural.
- Current Professional Engineer license in Wyoming.
- 10+ years as a structural engineer on federal projects (USACE/DoD).
- Experience with RF Shield and ICD 705 requirements.
- Knowledge of HEMP design and construction preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical advisor for structural systems on federal construction projects.
- Review contract documents for constructability and clarity.
- Assist in scope development, estimates, and contract modifications.
- Support inspections, QA, and technical reviews with project team.
- Prepare RFIs, REAs, and submittal responses.
- Monitor progress and advise on potential delays.
