Job summary
Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for the Cheyenne, Wyoming area.
The role focuses on technical leadership of structural systems, advisory reviews, and performance of contract-related tasks on federal construction projects. The ideal candidate brings a PE license in Wyoming and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a track record on large government programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Structural Engineering.
- Current Professional Engineer license within Wyoming.
- 10+ years of experience as structural engineer on large federal construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Serves as technical expert for control of structural systems on federal projects.
- Reviews plans for constructability, non-compliance, and contract clarity.
- Assists in scopes of work for RFPs, government estimates, and contract modifications.
- Assists with inspections, quality assurance, and contract administration using technical input.
- Prepares pay estimates, RFIs, REAs, and technical correspondence.
