Job summary
Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Engineer for work at F.E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, WY.
You will act as a technical expert and advisor for structural systems on federal construction projects, reviewing plans for constructability and compliance. You will participate in contract modifications, prepare scopes of work for RFPs, assist with government estimates and submittal reviews, and support inspections, quality assurance, and RF shield/ICD 705 construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required, structural focus preferred.
- Wyoming PE license required or actively pursuing licensure.
- 10+ years of structural engineering on large federal projects (USACE/DoD) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical expert and advisor for structural systems on federal construction projects.
- Review contract documents for constructability, non-compliance, and clarity.
- Participate in contract modification processes and assist with scopes of work and government estimates.
- Assist with inspections, quality assurance, and submittal reviews.
- Provide technical guidance on RF shielding, RF shield, and ICD 705 construction requirements.
