Accura Engineering in Richmond, KY is seeking a Project Engineer to provide construction project engineering services, including project observation, QA, contract administration, and reporting to government personnel.

This role supports project delivery by implementing government decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policies; assisting with submittals, cost estimates, and contract modifications. Must be a US citizen and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Minimum seven years in construction project engineering, management, or inspection.
• Experience with USACE/DoD or federal programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and QA activities per contract requirements.
• Analyze design/construction issues and advise government personnel on compliance.
• Review schedules, costs, and contractor payments for progress and compliance.
• Prepare daily QA reports and maintain deficiency tracking.
