Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer for Fort Devens, MA to provide construction project engineering services, including field observation, reporting, and government liaison.

You will implement DoD/USACE policies and support project development and delivery through contract administration and QA activities. The role requires a BS in Engineering (ABET-accredited) and at least seven years of related experience, with RMS knowledge and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) required.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in contract administration and/or office engineering.
• Experience with USACE/DoD or federal construction programs preferred.
• Experience with RMS required or preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and quality assurance per contract requirements.
• Analyze design and construction issues and advise on contract compliance and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with DoR, CFM, and government personnel to implement changes.
• Review schedules, submittals, and approvals; manage review deadlines.
• Prepare technical/economic analyses of proposals and modifications.
• Provide field surveillance and daily QA reports; support cost estimates and change orders.
