Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering with ABET accreditation.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in contract administration or office engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and QA in line with policies and regulations.
• Review schedules, submittals, and cost implications to ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare technical and cost analyses for modifications and proposals.
• Provide field surveillance and daily QA reports; ensure conformance with contract requirements.
• Assist in development of modification scopes and change orders.
