Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to provide construction project engineering services at Fort Devens, MA. The role includes project observation, reporting to government personnel, and implementing decisions, laws, and policies for project development and delivery.

The engineer will oversee QA and field surveillance, prepare daily reports and QA plans, and coordinate with government personnel to ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum seven years of experience in contract administration and/or office engineering with knowledge of building construction/engineering design.
• Experience with USACE/DoD or federal construction programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and QA activities per policies and regulations.
• Analyze design/construction issues and provide recommendations on compliance with contract and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with DoR and CFM to incorporate recommendations into solutions.
• Review project schedules, progress, and relationship to contract payments.
