Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to oversee construction projects from planning through closeout at Minot AFB, ND.

The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, managing schedules, budgets, and delivering milestones on time. You should hold a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 10+ years of PM experience on Federal construction (USACE preferred), and PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years construction project management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Prepare monthly project status reports for clients.
• Support contract negotiations and modifications.
